Xanthopoulou Panagiota

Panagiota Xanthopoulou is a postdoctoral researcher and Academic Fellow of the Department of Business Administration of the University of West Attica. She studied at Panteion University, where she completed her undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies, as well as at the University of Western Macedonia where she attends her second doctoral thesis. Her teaching as well as her research interests include issues of Public Administration as well as Organization and Business Administration such as Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship and Corporate Social Responsibility. Her research has been published in foreign and Greek scientific journals and has also been presented at international scientific conferences.Panagiota Xanthopoulou works as a Collaborating Educational Staff at the Hellenic Open University and
as a lecturer in educational seminars in the public and private sector.
