Panagopoulou Maria

Mary Panagopoulou is an Organizational Consultant and PhD candidate in the department of Business Administration of the University of West Attica in the field of Organizational Behavior. Her postgraduate studies concern the fields of Business Administration, Business Psychology and Business Consulting and Career Guidance. Her training is in the field of Positive Psychology and Integrative Counseling and Psychotherapy. Her PhD thesis refers to the field of diversity management in enterprises in Greece and It’s implications for Corporate Social Responsibility. Currently she works privately by providing career counselling services, mental health counseling services as well as educational services to individual clients and companies. Furthermore, she cooperates with the association of women over 40 (The A40s) where she contributes to the personal empowerment and skills development of women who face gender and age discrimination. As an external consultant, she undertakes corporate well-being programs as well as services related to human resources management.
